If you need to edit or cancel your order after you place it, you can contact shop@icecreamforbears.com and we will do our best to modify the order before it is fulfilled. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please make sure that you retrieve your package promptly. If your ice cream doesn’t arrive perfectly frozen, please notify us immediately and we will reship your order.
Orders are fulfilled Monday-Wednesday to ensure delivery by Friday. If you order Wednesday afternoon, you may not receive your order until the following Friday. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes

Most of it! We don't advertise it because it's not a requirement at all the farms we source from, but most of the herds we use are breeds with A2 genetics
A lot of it is! Our main priority with dairy sourcing is to find truly grass-fed dairy on regeneratively managed land. Organic dairy cows are only required to be on pasture 120 days a year. Our solution is to source from smaller family farms with incredible management practices where we know cows are on pasture 365 days a year (even if they don’t bother with organic certifications)
No, our honey gets added after the pasteurization process and once the mix has cooled to ensure it remains in its raw and unfiltered state.
We use a non-alkalized organic cocoa powder from the Dominican Republic.
