All merch is custom ordered. We can't offer returns, but if there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us and we will do our best to make it right! Please allow 1 week for order fulfillment. shop@icecreamforbears.com

All sales are final. Your ice cream is being shipped via dry ice. Please make sure that you retrieve your package promptly. If your ice cream doesn’t arrive perfectly frozen, notify us immediately and we will reship your order. Contact shop@icecreamforbears.com
