If you need to edit or cancel your order after you place it, you can contact shop@icecreamforbears.com and we will do our best to modify the order before it is fulfilled. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please make sure that you retrieve your package promptly. If your ice cream doesn’t arrive perfectly frozen, please notify us immediately and we will reship your order.
Orders are fulfilled Monday-Wednesday to ensure delivery by Friday. If you order Wednesday afternoon, you may not receive your order until the following Friday. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes
