At Ice Cream For Bears, we like to say that “the future of food lies in the past.” We believe processed foods are a departure from our ancient roots and so we strive to eat and produce foods using ingredients that have been available to humans for thousands of years. Everything that goes into our ice cream base is as it exists in nature—grass-fed dairy, egg yolks, and raw honey. The result is an ice cream that’s good for cows, good for people, and good for the Earth.
